All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our studio in Queensland, Australia, via Australia Post with tracking.

We offer flat rate shipping:

• $10 within Australia

• FREE shipping on Australian orders over $60

• $15 to New Zealand

• $25 worldwide

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Express Shipping

Express Post is available for Australian customers; just select this option at checkout if you need your order in a hurry.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has left our studio, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your parcel goes missing during transit, please contact us so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
