As a small-batch brand, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Each product is lovingly made with care, and we do our best to provide clear photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out we’re always happy to help guide your selection.
We will, of course, offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has left our studio, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your parcel goes missing during transit, please contact us so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
