Saltwater Fizz - Colourful Potion Play

This fizz encourages slow, imaginative play and hands-on sensory exploration. It pairs beautifully with eco cutters, droppers and bowls to create open-ended play invitations that children can return to again and again.

Sprinkle or place a small amount of fizz into a bowl, Play Mould or mud kitchen setup. Add water slowly using a spoon, dropper or jug and watch the fizz come to life.

Play ideas:

• Use eco cutters or play moulds to shape the fizz, then drip water inside to watch the shapes fizz and bubble

• Add leaves, petals, shells or stones for open-ended potion play

• Combine with droppers or pipettes to support fine motor skill development

• Pair with bowls or play moulds for contained sensory play, or enjoy outdoors in a mud kitchen
